Screening tools functional status may be useful to determine appropriate an person identify likely benefit from comprehensive geriatric assessment its targeted prehabilitation interventions. For treatment, ultrahypofractionated radiotherapy schedules provide good local control acceptable toxicity. Short fractionated palliative can effective symptom longer courses treatment.
